Maybe your lender requires a WDI report. No worries! The WDI report is offered as a stand alone service or add-on! I will inspect for signs of Termite activity or Termite conducive conditions.

Sewer lateral inspections are a great add-on service. The inside of your sewer lines are not visible unless you use a scope device. A damaged sewer line can mean thousands of dollars in repairs and it is my job to save you the headache!
Pre-Drywall inspections are a vital phase of new home construction. These inspections allow me to catch the defects for you before the drywall goes up and the defects get concealed never to be seen again until it is too late and too expensive to fix!
These inspections are a necessity for new home buyers! Some defects will not be visible during the first few months of owning your new home. But after 6-9 months, issues start to show up. It is my job to catch these issues before your warranty expires so you can utilize your builders warranty and get those issues fixed!

QUALIFICATIONS
I am a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the largest nonprofit organization for residential and commercial property inspectors, offering education, training, and certification to its members. You can trust that I am well-prepared and knowledgeable for the job!

Once the inspection is complete, I will generate a written report for you. This report will be designed for simplicity and clarity, making it easy for you to comprehend. It will feature images of the various systems and components we've examined in the home or building. Additionally, I will present a summary of any issues or defects I identified during the inspection process.

4 years of experience as a facilities maintenance technician, thousands of hours of combined hands on experience with AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training), InterNACHI (International Association Of Certified Home Inspectors), Wyotech Trade School, Central Georgia Technical College and US Army Technical Training.
